Location: Remote
I need someone to set up and configure Amazon Connect for my healthcare business. The system will primarily handle inbound and outbound calls. Also including E-Mail and text.
Requirements:
• Automated call routing
• Customer authentication
• Real-time metrics and reporting
• AI Amazon Lex integration
• Workflow building with cases
• Required: More than 5 AWS connect deployments
• Familiarity with AI integrations, particularly Amazon Lex
• Strong background in call center setup and metrics reporting
