I’ve connected BotCommerce to my WordPress-based store, linked the Meta account and started the WhatsApp Cloud API, but the project is still only half-finished. Here’s where I need your help:
• Finish the full BotCommerce configuration, including catalog and product flows, FAQ and ice-breaker content, and a branded WebChat widget that blends seamlessly with the RKG Trends theme.
• Fine-tune the AI: craft and upload training data, map intents to the right replies, and keep the tone consistent with our brand voice.
• Complete the WhatsApp Business API setup, hook it into existing Meta integrations, and test end-to-end messaging (opt-ins, template approvals, fallback scenarios).
• Build the order-tracking and category automation flows so customers can retrieve shipping updates or browse collections without human intervention.
• Polish the front-end—widget sizing, colours, mobile behaviour—and make any small WordPress tweaks needed to surface the bot across the site.
