I need an experienced China-based sourcing agent to connect me with reliable factories that produce kids’ casual and formal wear across all key age brackets—infants (0-2), toddlers (3-5) and children (6-12). My priority is to work with manufacturers that can offer soft, skin-safe fabrics in cotton, polyester and wool, meet international safety standards, and handle small pilot runs that can scale quickly.
Your role will cover the full sourcing cycle: identifying at least three qualified factories, verifying certifications, securing competitive quotations and minimum order quantities, arranging samples, and overseeing quality inspections up to pre-shipment. Fluency in Mandarin and proven relationships within the children’s apparel sector are essential, as is a clear understanding of CPSIA, EN 14682 or similar child-safety guidelines.
