I am finalising a new-build home and need a complete Plandroid design that shows how seven-plus rooms will be served by individual split-system indoor units and their corresponding outdoor condensers. The house footprint and architectural PDF are ready; what is missing is a clear, professionally sized layout that positions each indoor head, routes refrigerant piping, condensate drains and power, and nominates outdoor unit locations with the required clearances and airflow.
You will work inside Plandroid (current release) so that I can continue tweaking the file later. Please size the equipment based on the room areas and orientation that appear on the plans, apply correct line-set lengths and diameter calculations, and note any wall penetrations or mounting brackets that the builder must allow for. I also want an exported PDF sheet set for council and builder submission, showing plan views at 1:100, a small schematic of interconnections, and a legend of capacities and model numbers.
