What you'll do:
• Proofread for spelling and ensure line breaks, spacing, and headings match the template exactly.
• Deliver the finished .docx files (one file per scan unless instructed otherwise) named to mirror the original image filenames.

• Download the scans and type the text verbatim into the template.
• Where the notes contain special notations or symbols (there are many), replace each with a clear, inline text description such as “[checkmark]” or “[right-arrow]”.
• Proofread for spelling and ensure line breaks, spacing, and headings match the template exactly.
• Deliver the finished .docx files (one file per scan unless instructed otherwise) named to mirror the original image filenames.
Acceptance criteria
• 100 % textual accuracy—no omissions, no additions.
• Layout aligns with the provided template line for line.
• All symbols converted to descriptive text placeholders.
• Only the .docx files are returned; no PDFs or alternate formats.
I’ll send a small starter batch as soon as we begin. If the quality nails both content and format, I have plenty more pages ready.
