I have a set of scanned documents that contain both text and numerical information and I need everything re-typed with absolute accuracy. This is a completely manual task—no OCR or auto-extraction tools—so strong attention to detail is critical.
You will receive high-resolution image files; your job is to key every line into the spreadsheet template I provide, double-checking that names, figures, and any special characters match the original scan. Consistent formatting and zero transcription errors are essential because the file feeds directly into our reporting system.
Completed spreadsheet populated with all records from the scans
A brief log noting any illegible sections or ambiguities you encountered
99 % or higher accuracy when spot-checked
