I have several batches of scanned documents that need to be converted into neatly formatted, error-free text. Every line must match the source exactly, so careful spelling, punctuation, and layout checks are essential. Because this information feeds directly into our internal knowledge base, consistency across files matters just as much as speed—I’m hoping to have the first set back as soon as possible.

• Delivery of the initial milestone within the agreed rapid timeframe; remaining batches to follow the same standard.

• 100 % of pages accounted for, with zero stray characters or formatting anomalies.
• File names and sheet tabs follow the naming convention I provide.
