I have a set of handwritten pages that I need turned into a clean, editable Word document. Accuracy is key—every sentence, heading, and margin note should be captured exactly as written. Wherever a diagram appears, please recreate it neatly inside the document so it sits in roughly the same spot and is labelled just as in the original. Hand-drawn arrows, labels, or captions must be preserved so the meaning stays intact.
The finished file should be delivered as a .docx that I can open in recent versions of Microsoft Word. Keep the layout straightforward and easy to revise later; apart from faithfully placing the diagrams, no elaborate styling is required.
One well-formatted Word document containing the full transcription with diagrams clearly redrawn or inserted.
I will supply scans of the handwritten notes as soon as we start, and I’m happy to answer any quick questions while you work so nothing gets misread.
