• 2. Action plan: A concise report prioritising quick wins and larger revamps, with mock-ups or wireframes where design changes are suggested.
• 3. Implementation: Apply the approved changes—HTML/CSS tweaks, responsive breakpoints, image optimisation, copy refinements, and any lightweight performance tuning (lazy loading, asset minification, caching rules).
