Original

I want to put a simple, browser-based system in place that lets me stay on top of every certificate and permit my company issues.

Core flow
1. A dashboard appears right after login, breaking everything down into Active, Expiring, Expired and Inactive certificates or permits so I can see status at a glance.
2. A form page records each new certificate of installation.
3. A separate page captures full client details.
4. Another page stores all vehicle information that relates back to those clients.
5. A SIM-upload page matches SIM data to the corresponding permits.
6. Bulk-upload screens let me bring in certificate, vehicle and client records from CSV/Excel in one hit.

Communication is equally important. Whenever a certificate is created or a permit is uploaded, I need the system to fire off WhatsApp and/or email notifications; later SMS would be useful, but the immediate requirement is WhatsApp plus email.

Technical notes
• Web platform only—no native iOS or Android build is required.
• The only role at launch is Admin, authenticated by standard email-and-password login. (Other roles may be added down the track, so please keep the codebase extensible.)
• I’m happy with any modern stack—React, Vue, Angular, Django, Laravel, Node, etc.—so long as the UI stays clean and the data model remains easy to maintain.

This will be hosted on our SQL Server 2012 (Attended access will be provided.

Deliverables
• Source code in a Git repo
• Deployed demo (staging URL)
• Brief hand-over document outlining build, environment variables, and how to trigger the WhatsApp/email hooks

Acceptance will be based on:
• Dashboard counts updating in real time
• Successful import of bulk CSV files with validation
• Verified WhatsApp and email alerts on create/upload actions
• Clean, responsive UI in the latest versions of Chrome and Edge
