I have a batch of scanned PDF documents that contain only text, and I need every word accurately entered into an editable digital format. The source files are clear scans, yet they still require a careful eye to catch any OCR misreads or formatting quirks.

• Deliver the final content in a single, well-structured Word document (or Google Doc) with page breaks matching the PDFs

Here is how I see the job flowing:
• Receive roughly 200 PDFs (average 2-3 pages each) via shared folder
• Use your preferred OCR tool to extract the text, then proofread line by line against the original scan
• Deliver the final content in a single, well-structured Word document (or Google Doc) with page breaks matching the PDFs
Accuracy is everything—no missing characters, no extra spaces, no broken paragraphs. If you already work with tools like Adobe Acrobat OCR, ABBYY FineReader, or Google Drive OCR, great; if you have another reliable method, I’m open as long as the final text is spotless.
