I maintain my books in an Excel-based system and have a backlog of client information that must be entered, checked, and kept current. Your main task is to capture each new client record accurately, verify the details, and file it in the correct worksheet so the data stays audit-ready.
Alongside the bookkeeping entries, I’ll also rely on you for light virtual-assistant support—things like sending confirmation emails, updating my shared calendar, and noting action items that come up in our chat. Everything revolves around keeping my records tidy and my day running smoothly, so consistency and attention to detail are critical.
Updated Excel workbook with all client data entered, validated, and neatly formatted
Brief weekly summary outlining completed entries, any discrepancies found, and remaining items in the queue
If you’re comfortable living inside Excel, double-checking every field, and handling small VA requests as they pop up, you’ll fit right in.
