We are looking for a reliable freelancer to help manage weekly marketing tasks across our e-commerce websites.
What you'll do:
• Plan and prepare weekly email marketing campaigns
• Come up with campaign ideas using product highlights, education, promotions and seasonal content
• Create email concepts for:
• Double points days
• VIP member offers
• Product launches
• Clearance or special promotions
• Educational product guides
Requirements:
• Email marketing experience
• E-commerce marketing knowledge
• Sales-focused copywriting
• Product listing optimisation
• Basic SEO understanding
• Good attention to detail
• Experience with Shopify
Nice to have:
• Ability to use ChatGPT or AI tools effectively

• Ability to work independently, with our team and suggest ideas
• We are looking for someone who is proactive and can think commercially. You should be able to look at our products and suggest useful campaigns, not just wait for instructions.
• You should understand how to write emails and product content that help drive sales while still being clear and helpful to customers.

We are looking for a reliable freelancer to help manage weekly marketing tasks across our e-commerce websites.
The main focus will be planning and preparing weekly email campaigns for our customer database. This includes product highlights, educational content, promotional campaigns, VIP member offers, double points campaigns, and other sales-focused email ideas.
You will also assist with improving our websites by reviewing product listings, product images, descriptions, and general content to help increase conversions and make the websites look more professional.
This role suits someone with strong marketing and sales knowledge who can bring ideas, work consistently each week, and help us improve our online stores.
Main Responsibilities
* Plan and prepare weekly email marketing campaigns
* Come up with campaign ideas using product highlights, education, promotions and seasonal content
* Create email concepts for:
* Double points days
* VIP member offers
* Product launches
* Clearance or special promotions
* Educational product guides
* Best-selling product highlights
* Use ChatGPT or similar tools to help create ideas and draft content where suitable
* Review our websites and suggest improvements to:
* Product listings
* Product descriptions
* Product images
* Product titles
* Collection pages
* Promotional banners
* Help upload or list new products when needed
* Assist with miscellaneous e-commerce and marketing tasks
* Prepare work for approval before anything is published or sent
Important Requirement
All emails, product listings, website changes and promotions must be approved by us before going live.

Ongoing Work
This will be ongoing weekly work for the right person. We would like someone who can become familiar with our brands, products and customer base over time, hours would be AEST timezone from 10am to 3pm Monday to Friday as the core hours then hours outside of this can be used for extra work given.
