I want to build an AI tool where we will provide a spreadsheet containing the owner’s name, company name, and website URL. The system should automatically process each entry one by one. Using TinyFish AI, it should visit every company website, analyze the business, understand the services offered, and gather useful context about the company. Based on this analysis, the tool should generate two highly personalized messages for each owner.
The platform should also include a prompt configuration window where we can define the message requirements. This includes the format of the messages, the desired word limit, tone of voice, and specific elements or points that must be included in the final output. This will allow us to customize the messaging style depending on the campaign or target audience.
At the end of the process, the tool should automatically generate a new Excel sheet containing the company name, owner name, and the two personalized messages for every record. The message generation itself will be powered by the ChatGPT API, ensuring that each message feels natural, relevant, and customized to the specific company and owner.
