I need our existing tractor-mounted front-end loader reverse-engineered in AutoCAD and taken through a full optimisation cycle. The goal is to strengthen every critical structural member while cutting unnecessary weight and driving overall production cost down, all while keeping the design in steel.
I will supply photos, rough hand-measurements, and field notes from the current unit. You will build an accurate 3D model and 2D manufacturing drawings in AutoCAD, iterate the frame geometry, and verify improvements with FEA. Weld symbols, plate thicknesses, pin diameters, and cylinder mounts must all comply with ISO agricultural machinery standards, and any mass-saving changes have to survive the same (or higher) load cases as the original.
Deliverables
• Fully-parametric AutoCAD 3D model of the loader assembly
• Detailed 2D fabrication drawings with BOM and weld call-outs
• FEA report comparing baseline vs. optimised design on stress, deflection, and weight
• Summary note explaining the cost-saving opportunities found
Acceptance criteria
1. Strength factor of safety ≥ current design under identical loads
2. Minimum 8 % weight reduction, documented in the report
3. All drawings printable at A3 with no scaling issues
4. Native DWG files supplied and openable in AutoCAD 2023 without missing references
