I am about to launch a UK based airsoft buy and sell marketplace platform and I’m ready to turn paid media into tangible sales. Facebook, Instagram and Google are the channels we’ll concentrate on, and every pound spent has to pull its weight in revenue.
What you'll do:
• Full setup and ongoing optimisation inside Ads Manager and Google Ads, including pixel/conversion tracking, A/B tests and budget allocation

The key to success will be increasing anwareness of our platform and sharing offers for free listings and event sharing. We also want to spread awareness of our support to war veterans and how we will be making regular donations from our profits.
Target audience will be those with interest in airsoft skirmishers, paintball fans, military simulation groups, tactical gear collectors and related outdoor communities. If you know additional pockets of enthusiasts, bring them to the table.
What I need from you:
• A data-backed campaign plan that maps out audiences, creative angles and ad formats for each platform
• Eye-catching ad creatives (static, carousel and short-form video) built around our weekly and monthly offers
• Full setup and ongoing optimisation inside Ads Manager and Google Ads, including pixel/conversion tracking, A/B tests and budget allocation
• Clear reporting on ROAS, CPA and overall sales attributed to the campaigns
Acceptance criteria:
1. Tracking shows accurate conversions on both Meta and Google.
2. Campaigns hit an agreed minimum ROAS within the first 30 days.
3. Ad creative aligns with ASA and UK advertising guidelines for replica firearms.
