Location: Remote

I need a self-driven appointment setter who can jump on the phone the moment an inquiry comes in, speak with business decision-makers, and secure a slot on our sales calendar. All leads are B2B and have shown interest in our physical product line, so your job is to qualify needs, highlight the right items, and confidently guide them to a meeting with one of our closers.

What you'll do:

• Call fresh inbound prospects, introduce our brand, uncover pain points, and match them to the correct product solution.

• Explain features, pricing, and availability in plain language that builds trust.

• Log concise call notes and next steps in the CRM, then send the calendar link while you still have them engaged.

• Run light follow-ups with warm leads to keep conversions moving.

• You’ll have product training, scripts, VOIP dialing, and CRM access ready. I expect consistent delivery of qualified meetings and clear activity reports. Previous phone-based B2B appointment-setting experience, solid English, and genuine confidence on calls are essential.
