The project is an end-to-end food-ordering solution that must run natively on both iOS and Android. The core flow covers standard restaurant meals as well as a daily “Our Rasoi” tiffin section, so the codebase should let me manage two menu streams from the same backend.
Key app functions
• User profiles that store addresses, dietary preferences, and past orders.
• Real-time tracking from kitchen dispatch to doorstep. Users should see a live driver map along with status push notifications.
• Multiple payment options, including cards, UPI, wallets, and COD. Payment tokens need to be saved securely for one-tap reorders.
Tiffin-specific layer
Subscribers choose a plan (weekly, fortnightly, monthly), customise each day’s meal, and set or change their delivery schedule inside the app. Pausing or skipping days must be frictionless.
Admin & vendor console
A web dashboard (or mobile admin module) is required for menu updates, order management, driver assignment, and analytics. The same panel should handle tiffin subscription logic, inventory counts, and coupon campaigns.
Tech expectations
React Native, Flutter, or true native stacks are all fine as long as performance is smooth and the UI follows current Material/Apple HIG guidelines. A scalable backend (Node, Django, or similar) with REST/GraphQL APIs, Firebase/OneSignal for pushes, and integration hooks for payment gateways will fit the bill.

Acceptance criteria

2. A subscriber can create, edit, and pause a tiffin plan; the admin panel reflects the change instantly.
3. Transactions are logged and retrievable via the dashboard.
4. Apps pass App Store and Play Store review on first submission.
