The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, optimizing listings, managing marketplace operations, improving visibility, and building a strong online brand presence across platforms like Amazon, Flipkart and other relevant marketplaces.
What you'll do:
• Marketplace Growth & Sales
• Develop and execute growth strategies to increase sales across marketplaces.
• Drive revenue growth through listing optimization, pricing strategy, promotions, and advertising.
• Identify new marketplace opportunities and expansion channels.
• Marketplace Management
• Manage end-to-end operations on marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart etc.
• Ensure smooth product listing, catalog management, inventory sync, and order management.
• Coordinate with internal teams for stock availability and timely dispatch.
Requirements:
• 2–5+ years of experience in marketplace/e-commerce growth management.
• Strong hands-on experience with marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart etc.
• Experience in home furnishing, textile, décor, lifestyle, or D2C brands is preferred.
• Knowledge of marketplace SEO, product cataloging, and paid advertising.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to work with sales data and reports.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and execution skills.
• Proficiency in Excel, marketplace dashboards, and analytics tools.

Key Responsibilities
Marketplace Growth & Sales
Develop and execute growth strategies to increase sales across marketplaces.
Drive revenue growth through listing optimization, pricing strategy, promotions, and advertising.
Identify new marketplace opportunities and expansion channels.
Marketplace Management
Manage end-to-end operations on marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart etc.
Ensure smooth product listing, catalog management, inventory sync, and order management.
Coordinate with internal teams for stock availability and timely dispatch.
Product Listing & Optimization
Create and optimize product listings with high-converting titles, descriptions, keywords, and images.
Improve SEO visibility within marketplaces to enhance discoverability.
Monitor product rankings and competitor activities.
Advertising & Promotions
Plan and execute marketplace ads (Amazon Ads, Flipkart Ads, Sponsored Products, etc.).
Run discount campaigns, festive offers, and promotional strategies.
Optimize ad spends to maximize ROAS (Return on Ad Spend).
Data Analysis & Reporting
Track KPIs such as sales, conversion rate, traffic, ad performance, returns, and profitability.
Analyze competitor pricing and market trends in the home furnishing category.
Generate weekly and monthly growth reports with actionable insights.
Brand Building
Strengthen brand positioning in the home furnishing segment.
Ensure consistency in product presentation and customer experience across platforms.
Work on ratings, reviews, and customer feedback improvement strategies.
Required Skills & Qualifications
2–5+ years of experience in marketplace/e-commerce growth management.
Strong hands-on experience with marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart etc.
Experience in home furnishing, textile, décor, lifestyle, or D2C brands is preferred.
