I need a complete, voice-driven AI receptionist that HVAC companies across the United States can rely on to field routine calls. Using Retell AI for natural-sounding conversations and Make.com (plus whatever other tech stack you recommend), the assistant must:
Answer and resolve common customer inquiries on the first call
Securely schedule service calls on the technician calendar
Send automated appointment reminders by SMS
The system also has to pass conversation data—caller name, issue, time slot chosen, and call recording—into each client’s existing CRM. I work with shops that run everything from proprietary databases to popular tools like Salesforce, Zoho, and HubSpot, so please design the integration layer to map easily to any of them; if middleware or custom webhooks are needed, outline that in your plan.
