Modular Toilet Pod Shop Drawings
Краткое
Freelancer Client is hiring: Modular Toilet Pod Shop Drawings.
Location: Remote
I need a complete, fabrication-ready drawing package for a series of prefabricated toilet pods that will be manufactured off-site and dropped straight into the building. Every line on the sheets must speak to buildability, lean production, and rapid on-site installation.
Nice to have:
• Model the pod in a BIM platform such as Revit (or a tool of similar capability) to guarantee clash-free coordination.
• Use production-oriented detailing techniques that let our factory team read dimensions, materials, and tolerances at a glance.
• Reference typical modular standards: panelized walls, pre-wired conduits, pre-lagged pipe runs, integrated duct drops, and heavy-duty lifting points.
• Where possible, rationalise component counts for repeatable manufacture.
• Deliverables (PDF + original editable files)
Your task is to take my design intent and turn it into fully coordinated architectural, structural, and—above all—MEP shop drawings. The pods depend on flawless coordination between HVAC systems, plumbing fixtures, and electrical layouts, so those services must drive the model while remaining perfectly aligned with the structural frame and architectural finishes.
Skills: CAD/CAM, Building Architecture, 3D Rendering, Electrical Engineering, Structural Engineering, AutoCAD, Revit, Building Information Modeling
Budget: $250–$750 USD

Scope of work
Your task is to take my design intent and turn it into fully coordinated architectural, structural, and—above all—MEP shop drawings. The pods depend on flawless coordination between HVAC systems, plumbing fixtures, and electrical layouts, so those services must drive the model while remaining perfectly aligned with the structural frame and architectural finishes.
Preferred approach
• Model the pod in a BIM platform such as Revit (or a tool of similar capability) to guarantee clash-free coordination.
• Use production-oriented detailing techniques that let our factory team read dimensions, materials, and tolerances at a glance.
• Reference typical modular standards: panelized walls, pre-wired conduits, pre-lagged pipe runs, integrated duct drops, and heavy-duty lifting points.
• Where possible, rationalise component counts for repeatable manufacture.
Deliverables (PDF + original editable files)
• General arrangement plans, sections, and elevations
• Structural framing and lifting-point details
• MEP layouts highlighting HVAC runs, plumbing stacks, and electrical circuits with labelled terminations
• Fabrication sheets for wall panels, floor tray, ceiling cassette, and service spines
• Installation drawings showing setting-out grids, connection interfaces, and sequencing notes
All drawings must be issued in both A1 and A3 formats with consistent layer naming and title blocks.
Acceptance criteria
1. No service clashes in the federated BIM model.
2. All critical dimensions, tolerances, and fixing methods called out.
3. File set passes our internal constructability review on first submission.
If you have a portfolio that proves prior pod, modular, or off-site bathroom work, please share it; that experience will weigh heavily in selection. I’m ready to move quickly, so let me know your lead time from kick-off to first draft and how you prefer to handle coordinated review cycles.
