High-Detail 3D Bathroom Renderings
Summary
Freelancer Client is hiring: High-Detail 3D Bathroom Renderings.
Location: Remote
I’m renovating four bathrooms and want to see my exact tile, fixture, and color selections brought to life in crisp, high-detail 3D images. I already have CAD files with the existing dimensions; however, the master bath and both kids’ baths need a few layout tweaks (shifting a wall line here, resizing a vanity there) before we jump into rendering.
Update the supplied CAD drawings to reflect the minor plan changes.
Produce photorealistic, transitional-style 3D renderings for each of the four bathrooms—multiple views that clearly show finishes, lighting, hardware, and any custom millwork.
Supply final images plus the editable source files (DWG for the adjusted plans and the native 3D scene files—3ds Max, SketchUp, or similar—along with texture links).
I work in Imperial units and can provide mood-board references, fixture schedules, and finish specs the moment you come on board. Accuracy matters: grout lines, plumbing locations, and lighting temperatures should read exactly as specified so the contractor can rely on the visuals during installation.
Skills: CAD/CAM, 3D Rendering, 3ds Max, 3D Modelling, 3D Animation, Revit, Architectural Rendering, 3D Visualization
Budget: $250–$750 USD

If you’re comfortable refining CAD layouts and crafting realistic, magazine-worthy renders with tools like AutoCAD, Revit, 3ds Max + V-Ray (or equivalent), I’m ready to share the files and kick things off right away.
