Two of my earring listings were recently removed from an online marketplace because I could not supply a valid Declaration of REACH Conformity or heavy-metals test report. I do not yet have any laboratory results, so I need full support—both arranging the tests and preparing every piece of paperwork required to satisfy REACH Annex XVII (nickel, lead, cadmium, etc.).
The earrings are made from ordinary jewellery components (no unusual alloys or coatings), yet the platform still wants proof that they fall below the permitted heavy-metal limits. I am willing to ship finished samples to an accredited EU or UK lab once you tell me exactly what they need and in what quantity. After testing, I also need the Declaration of Conformity drafted in the correct format, plus clear instructions on how to present the evidence to the marketplace so the listings can go live again without further flags.
