I need a skilled 3D scanning engineer or team to create precise CAD/BIM overlays of buildings. The work will be visualized using heatmaps and AR/VR, requiring accuracy of ≤0.5 mm with Intel RealSense cameras.
Requirements:
• Experience with CAD/BIM software
• Proficiency in 3D scanning technologies
• Ability to generate heatmaps and AR/VR visualizations
• Work under strict NDA/JV terms
• Milestone-based delivery
• Ideal Skills & Experience:
• Background in architecture or engineering
• Familiarity with Intel RealSense cameras

Budget: $10000–$50000 USD
