Original

My CentOS Web Panel is running on a Contabo VPS and I want every scheduled CWP backup to land directly in a Contabo Object Storage bucket instead of the local disk. The object-storage provider is Contabo’s own S3-compatible service, and I’d like to view and download those archives through a browser-based interface.
At the moment I’m not even sure whether the bucket is already created, so your first task will be to verify—or, if needed, provision—the storage space and generate the required access keys.

Once that is in place, please connect CWP’s backup routine to the bucket, making sure incremental and full backups both transfer without errors and old snapshots rotate according to the panel’s settings. A quick way for me to grab or sync any file from another server later on is essential, so keep the bucket’s public/private permissions and URL structure clear.

Deliverables
• Functional Contabo Object Storage bucket (created or confirmed)
• CWP configured to send all backup files directly to that bucket
• Web interface access confirmed for browsing and downloading archives
• Short, step-by-step notes on how you achieved the integration and how I can trigger or restore a backup in the future

If you need to rely on tools such as s3fs, rclone, or native CWP hooks, that’s fine—just document the versions you install. I’ll test by running a manual backup and restoring a small file, and we’ll wrap up once everything works smoothly end-to-end.
