We are seeking a skilled UIPath Developer good experience in Robotic Process Automation (RPA) development, automation design, and enterprise process optimization using UIPath technologies.
What you'll do:
• Design, develop, test, and deploy automation solutions using UIPath.
• Analyze business processes and identify automation opportunities.
• Develop reusable RPA components and frameworks.
• Integrate UIPath bots with web, desktop, ERP, and third-party applications.
• Work with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide automation solutions.
• Monitor bot performance, troubleshoot issues, and provide production support.
• Maintain documentation for automation workflows and processes.
• Ensure security, scalability, and compliance standards are followed.
Requirements:
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in UIPath RPA Development.
• Strong knowledge of:
• Document Understanding
• Experience with process automation, workflow design, and exception handling.
• Knowledge of SQL, APIs, and system integrations.
• Experience with OCR tools and attended/unattended bots.
• Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Work with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide automation solutions.

Ensure security, scalability, and compliance standards are followed.
Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment activities.

5+ years of hands-on experience in UIPath RPA Development.

Preferred Qualifications
UIPath Certification (Advanced RPA Developer) preferred.
Experience with Python, .NET, or PowerShell is an advantage.
Exposure to cloud platforms like Azure or AWS is a plus.
Experience in Finance, Healthcare, Logistics, or Banking domain preferred.
