I run a growing e-commerce store and I am ready to expand into a private-label line that covers three pillars: topical cosmetics, food-grade supplement capsules, and the custom bottles and jars that package them. Formulas and rough concepts are in place, yet I now need the end-to-end pathway that takes them from idea to shipping carton—and then onto a well-funded crowdfunding page.
What you'll do:
• Designing distinctive, shelf-ready primary packaging and exterior cartons that reinforce a clean, modern brand story.
• Securing samples, running small pilot batches, negotiating pricing and timelines, and arranging quality control and logistics up to delivery at my 3PL.

The project covers:
• Product realisation
– Fine-tuning formulations for both skincare and nutritional supplements (ensuring EU / FDA compliance).
– Designing distinctive, shelf-ready primary packaging and exterior cartons that reinforce a clean, modern brand story.
– Vetting and short-listing manufacturers, bottle mould makers and contract packers worldwide; I have no regional restriction as long as quality and MOQs are sensible.
• Supply-chain setup
– Securing samples, running small pilot batches, negotiating pricing and timelines, and arranging quality control and logistics up to delivery at my 3PL.
• Crowdfunding roll-out
– Structuring the campaign on Kickstarter or Indiegogo, detailing reward tiers, stretch goals and costings.
– Preparing clear BOMs so that campaign targets reflect real manufacturing costs and fulfilment fees.
– Drafting the narrative, visuals and timeline so potential backers understand both the product benefits and the production plan.
Acceptance criteria
1. Signed-off artwork files (print-ready) and formulation documents.
2. At least three vetted supplier quotations per item, including lead time and MOQ.
3. Fully costed crowdfunding roadmap with projected funding goal, reward matrix and delivery milestones.
Collaboration will be organised in milestones—first concepts, then sampling, then campaign build—so progress remains transparent. Clear, prompt communication and proactive problem-solving will be key to keeping the launch on schedule.
