• We are currently building a mobile application which needs to function similarly to our existing website and integrate with our current systems and workflows.
• Developer Availability & Support
• We require developers to be available on demand for urgent issues, troubleshooting, updates, and ongoing support when needed.
• JavaScript Reliability Issues
• One of our major ongoing issues is JavaScript failures on the website which can cause forms or pages to stop working, resulting in lost customers. We need a more stable solution with proper error handling, monitoring, failover behaviour, and testing processes to prevent these issues from affecting users.

( this is to upkeep everything fix any issues with loading etc and making it better , this will be a 24/7 thing 30 days at a time ) so its month to month , not in 7 days or nothing like that . Its a full on job that will be paid monthly or bi weekly .
We require an experienced development team to manage, maintain, improve and support our existing systems and future projects. Below is an overview of our current structure and requirements.

Admin Portal
We have an internal admin portal that manages our main website and multiple country based subdomains. All customer orders are received here and processed through different stages depending on the destination country. Each country has its own rules, workflows, and status tracking, such as:
Awaiting customer documents
Awaiting government response
Processed/completed applications
Manual review stages
Chargeback & Dispute Portal
We have a chargeback management portal used to search customer transactions and generate defence packs for disputes and chargebacks. The system stores important evidence such as:
Customer IP address
Device/browser information
Download history of documents
Email delivery/open history
Communication logs
This information is used to support disputes with payment processors and banks.
Payment Gateway Management Portal
We have a gateway management system that allows us to quickly switch merchant accounts/gateways across all or selected subdomains. This is important because some merchant accounts may reach processing limits, require rotation, or need temporary replacement. The process must be fast and reliable with minimal downtime.
Email Management Portal
We require a centralized email portal where staff can easily monitor incoming emails across accounts, quickly open conversations, and respond efficiently. Previously, emails had to be opened individually, which slowed response times.
Server Infrastructure
Ongoing server management, maintenance, monitoring, optimization, and troubleshooting are required to ensure high uptime and fast performance.
Cloudflare Management
Configuration, optimization, maintenance, and troubleshooting of Cloudflare services, including DNS, caching, security, WAF, and performance settings.
Third Party Services
Installation, integration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of third-party systems such as:
Email services
SMS providers
Telephone/VoIP systems
APIs and external integrations
Website Development & Maintenance
Development and maintenance of our websites and subdomains, including:
Bug fixes
Performance improvements
UI/UX updates
Troubleshooting issues affecting users
Custom Application Development
We require custom-built applications and workflows. These are not copies of government websites but internally developed systems that integrate with our services and processes.
SEO & Performance
Ongoing work is required to improve:
Website speed
Core Web Vitals
SEO structure
Mobile performance
Conversion optimization
Google Compliance
We require ongoing monitoring and adjustments to ensure websites remain compliant with Google policies, including ad compliance, site quality, and technical requirements.
Security & Data Compliance
Site security and compliance are extremely important. This includes:
Security monitoring
Protection against attacks/exploits
Data protection compliance
Privacy and data handling requirements
