• XXX's business combines distribution and manufacturing. It has a global supply chain and the need to purchase in high MOQs and the requirement to serve customers across Europe and the Middle East with low MOQs and short lead times from multiple locations.
• It is an investment backed business, focused on EBITDA performance and growth realisation. Growth will come from a combination of International sales expansion and new portfolio additions. Growth investment impacts short term EBITDA.
• Create a short presentation (5-6 slides) to explain how you, as CFO, will help both the business to achieve these goals and the Board to monitor progress.
• I need this done ASAP.
