We’re building a new cultural platform centred around creativity, identity, community, and modern visual culture. Our ambition is to create work that feels artistically sharp, emotionally intelligent, and culturally meaningful. What you'll do:
• Monthly commissioned shoots based around evolving creative themes
• Collaborative concept development with our creative team
• Flexible freelance structure with ongoing opportunities
• Primarily London-based projects

We’re looking for a technically exceptional freelance photographer to collaborate with us on a long-term basis, creating striking abstract and human-centred imagery for our monthly campaigns.
This is not commercial photography in the traditional sense. We’re interested in visual artists with a deep understanding of composition, emotion, colour, and atmosphere — people who can create images that feel culturally relevant, expressive, and unforgettable.
What We’re Looking For:
Elite technical photography skills
A sophisticated understanding of colour theory:
analogous, complementary, triadic colour relationships, tonal harmony and contrast
Strong instincts for framing, spatial composition, negative space, and visual rhythm
A passion for photographing people, faces, expression, and identity
The ability to create abstract, conceptual, and emotionally resonant imagery
Experience developing creative ideas beyond simply taking photographs
We value photographers who can think like artists and collaborators, not just operators.
