We are looking for a senior automation engineer / growth systems architect to design and implement a scalable lead management and outreach infrastructure using n8n or a comparable automation stack.
What you'll do:
• Design the overall lead generation and outreach architecture.
• Build automated sourcing workflows from LinkedIn, Google Maps, and other relevant sources.
• Implement data enrichment and lead qualification logic.
• Develop automated LinkedIn and email outreach sequences with personalization logic.
• Integrate with CRM/database and design a clean lead lifecycle pipeline.
• Implement monitoring, logging, and failover strategies where needed.
Requirements:
• Strong experience designing and implementing complex automation systems.
• Advanced experience with n8n or similar orchestration tools.
• Solid understanding of APIs, scraping strategies, data pipelines, and integrations.
• Deep knowledge of email deliverability, warmup strategies, and outreach infrastructure.
• Experience working with LinkedIn automation within safe operational limits.
• Ability to think architecturally and make technology recommendations.
Nice to have:
• Experience building lead generation engines for B2B companies.
• Background in growth engineering or revenue operations.
• Experience with cloud infrastructure and scalable automation environments.
• Experience with AI-assisted personalization workflows.

This is not a simple workflow setup — we are looking for someone who can think in systems, design a robust architecture, and build a reliable engine for continuous lead generation and outreach across multiple channels.
The objective is to create an end-to-end automated pipeline that sources leads from platforms such as LinkedIn, Google Maps, and other relevant data sources, enriches the data, qualifies prospects, and executes personalized outreach via LinkedIn and email while maintaining platform compliance and deliverability standards.
You should be comfortable proposing the right stack, defining the architecture, and implementing best practices for scalability, monitoring, and long-term maintainability.
