I have just onboarded a fast-growing AI automation agency and need a seasoned outbound setter who lives and breathes LinkedIn messaging. Your mission is simple: reach business owners, qualify them against our offer, and place 5–6 of them on my calendar every week.
What you'll do:
• Build and manage your own LinkedIn prospecting sequences
• Start genuine conversations, uncover pain points and fit, then lock in a time on my calendar
• Keep basic notes in the CRM so I can pick up smoothly on the discovery call
• Acceptance criteria for each booked call:
• Prospect is the business owner and decision-maker
• Need or strong curiosity for AI automation is confirmed
• They understand the purpose of the call and commit to attending
• Hit the weekly KPI and you’ll see quick, predictable commissions—and plenty of volume, as our agency serves clients worldwide. If you have the track record, the warmed account, and the hustle, let’s talk.

This is a 100 % performance role—$15 for every appointment that actually shows up to the call. No retainers, no hourly pay, just clear, measurable rewards for results. Because of that model, I expect you to arrive with an already-warmed LinkedIn account (my team does not supply outreach profiles).
Day-to-day you will:
