First, I want the two installations technically connected so visitors can move between them without noticing any hand-off. Whether you achieve this through a multisite setup, shared theme components, or another elegant approach is up to you, as long as the end result is seamless.

On the performance side, I’m looking for solid SEO work, specifically:
• Keyword research and integration
• Improved site speed
• Better meta tags and descriptions
Please implement best-practice optimization so the sites rank well and are ready for emerging AI search tools.
I’ll provide existing themes, brand guidelines, and current hosting details.
