My primary objective is to elevate brand visibility through a tightly focused social-media push on Instagram and LinkedIn. The campaign should feel cohesive across both platforms, reflecting a consistent voice and visual style while playing to each network’s strengths—quick-hit, creative storytelling on Instagram and authority-building thought leadership on LinkedIn.

What you'll do:

• Set up and manage two test ad sets (one per platform) using Meta Business Suite and LinkedIn Campaign Manager, including audience selection, budget pacing, and creative optimisation.

• Monitor reach, impressions, engagement rate, follower growth, and click-throughs, then deliver a weekly performance snapshot with insights and next-step recommendations.

What needs to happen
• Map a short, data-backed strategy that outlines target personas, key messages, posting cadence, and the mix of organic versus paid tactics.
• Produce platform-ready creative—images, carousels, short-form video/Reels, and concise copy that drives saves, shares, and profile visits.
• Set up and manage two test ad sets (one per platform) using Meta Business Suite and LinkedIn Campaign Manager, including audience selection, budget pacing, and creative optimisation.
• Monitor reach, impressions, engagement rate, follower growth, and click-throughs, then deliver a weekly performance snapshot with insights and next-step recommendations.

Acceptance criteria
1. A two-week content calendar approved before publishing.
2. Minimum 15 brand-consistent posts delivered per month.
3. Paid campaigns launched on schedule with clear objectives and tracking links.
4. Weekly report shows metrics and actionable learnings.
