Here is what I’m after:
• A clear fundraising strategy rooted in proven tactics—think social-media outreach, crowdfunding pages, grant applications and local donor pitches, combined in a way that suits a grassroots nonprofit.
• Compelling copy and visuals that tell our story, break down exactly how each dollar feeds a person, and nudge supporters toward recurring gifts.
• Practical guidance on tracking donations and reporting back to donors so we can build long-term trust.
Although fundraising is the top priority, the campaign should also spotlight our need for food-preparation volunteers. We specifically require hands-on help with meal planning, recipe development, cooking and assembling the meals. If your plan naturally attracts those helpers as well, even better.
I will supply programme statistics, photos, branding assets and on-the-ground stories. You will translate that raw material into a cohesive campaign, set measurable targets and show me how we’re progressing toward them.
Deliverables I expect:
1. A written fundraising plan (timeline, channels, target amounts, key messages).
2. Ready-to-use content: social posts, email templates, one-pager for local businesses, plus any visual assets you recommend.
3. Simple tracking sheet or dashboard so I can monitor pledges, donations and volunteer sign-ups at a glance.
