I need a seasoned UI/UX designer who can take my rough user stories and turn them into a polished, production-ready Figma file that covers both a responsive web dashboard and its matching Android / iOS app. The end product will be used directly by our customers, so every screen has to feel intuitive, modern, and brand-worthy from first click to final tap.
What you'll do:
• Build an interactive prototype that demonstrates core flows (sign-in, main dashboard, drill-downs, settings, notifications, etc.) and supports quick stakeholder reviews.
• Package a lightweight design system—colors, typography, icon set, and UI states—so future features stay on-brand.

Scope
• Map the complete user journey for web and mobile, ensuring consistent interaction patterns across breakpoints.
• Translate that journey into high-fidelity Figma screens, component variants, and auto-layout-driven frames so my dev team can lift assets straight into code.
• Build an interactive prototype that demonstrates core flows (sign-in, main dashboard, drill-downs, settings, notifications, etc.) and supports quick stakeholder reviews.
• Package a lightweight design system—colors, typography, icon set, and UI states—so future features stay on-brand.
Acceptance criteria
1. A single Figma project containing:
• Desktop web dashboard (1440 px base)
• Mobile app screens for iPhone 13 / Pixel 6 equivalents
2. Components organized into clearly named pages and libraries.
3. Click-through prototype covering the primary customer tasks.
4. Handoff notes for spacing, grids, and accessibility contrast ratios.
If you’ve shipped SaaS dashboards before, especially SPAs, and can share links to live products or Figma files, I’d love to review them. Looking forward to collaborating and getting this into my developers’ hands quickly.
