My consultancy, Circle Bridge Pty Limited, needs a fresh corporate website that projects solid brand awareness and positions us as a trusted voice in the payments space. The existing site (www.circlebridge.co.za) has served its purpose; now I want a sharper, more professional and corporate digital presence that reflects where the business is headed.
What you'll do:
• Plan and deliver a fully responsive website that looks impeccable on desktop, tablet and mobile.
• Carry over or refine existing copy where it still works, but recommend improvements that sharpen our messaging and showcase our thought-leadership credentials.
• Build on a mainstream CMS (WordPress, Webflow, or a comparable platform) so my internal team can make simple updates without relying on code.
• Implement basic analytics tracking so we can measure how effectively the site elevates our brand.

Scope of work
• Plan and deliver a fully responsive website that looks impeccable on desktop, tablet and mobile.
• Craft a clean, intuitive navigation focused on three core sections—About Us, Services and Contact Us—while keeping the door open for future pages as we grow.
• Carry over or refine existing copy where it still works, but recommend improvements that sharpen our messaging and showcase our thought-leadership credentials.
• Supply or guide the selection of high-quality imagery and iconography that align with a professional corporate aesthetic.
• Build on a mainstream CMS (WordPress, Webflow, or a comparable platform) so my internal team can make simple updates without relying on code.
• Set up on-page SEO fundamentals (titles, meta descriptions, schema, alt tags) to maximise organic reach from day one.
• Implement basic analytics tracking so we can measure how effectively the site elevates our brand.
Acceptance criteria
1. All pages load quickly and display without layout issues on current versions of Chrome, Safari and Edge.
2. Content is proof-read, links are working, and contact forms route correctly to the designated email.
3. Final site passes WCAG 2.1 AA colour-contrast checks and includes keyboard-accessible menus.
4. Handover includes CMS login credentials, design files (Figma/Sketch/Adobe XD) and a short “how-to” guide for routine edits.
Timeline
I would like to review initial wireframes within one week of project start, move to high-fidelity mock-ups the following week, and aim to launch the finished site within four weeks, subject to iteration rounds.
