Part-Time Pigment Implementation Advisor
Summary
Freelancer Client is hiring: Part-Time Pigment Implementation Advisor.
Location: Remote
I need a senior consultant who can jump straight into a finance-sector Incentive Compensation Management / Sales Performance Management rollout on Pigment while also guiding our internal planning team on enterprise performance management best practices.
Here is the landscape you will walk into: we have already chosen Pigment as the primary platform, and we are about to connect it to a Xactly comp engine and an existing Anaplan model. What we lack is the hands-on know-how to stand up the Pigment models, configure complex compensation rules, and shape an EPM framework that scales as we grow. That is where you come in.
Your core mandate is two-fold—own the ICM/SPM build inside Pigment and serve as an advisor on broader EPM process design. A strong, recent track record with finance organizations is important because our stakeholder language, data structures, and regulatory touchpoints are all finance-centric.
I am looking for someone who can commit part-time, work remote anywhere in the U.S. (onsite in Fremont, CA when workshops are critical), and start within the next few weeks. If you meet the 7+ year experience bar across Pigment, Anaplan, and Xactly, please share your résumé and a brief note outlining relevant projects. I will review and schedule a call quickly so we can scope milestones together.
Skills: Project Management, Business Plans, Finance, Research Writing, Business Analysis, Anaplan, Performance Management, Consulting
Budget: $50–$0 USD
