I need an innovative and compliant seat belt restraint system for the third row of a passenger van. The design must meet FMVSS standards and utilize a three-point belt system.

• Ideal Skills and Experience:
• Expertise in automotive safety systems
• Familiarity with FMVSS regulations
• Experience in designing restraint systems
• I have removed the passenger seats but all original floor brackets remain. I want to install a couch that folds into bed and add seat belt to couch configuration. I am looking at the Futon Couch at https://campncar.com/. Does not have to end up being that exact couch bed system but you get the idea
