I need an accomplished technical recruiting partner who can own the entire hiring cycle for my team on a part-time basis. Your background should show 10+ years of success attracting, engaging, and closing senior-level talent in software, data, and systems disciplines.
What you'll do:
• Creating a clear intake brief from each hiring manager
• Time-to-hire maintained under 45 days for each open requisition
Requirements:
• Minimum three qualified candidates per role delivered within the first two weeks of kickoff

The scope covers:
• Creating a clear intake brief from each hiring manager
• Actively sourcing through LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Stack Overflow, niche job boards, and referral networks
• Conducting first-round screens that dig into architecture depth, culture fit, and compensation alignment
• Presenting a tight shortlist with interview notes and recruiter recommendations
• Coordinating interviews, feedback loops, and offer negotiations until the candidate is fully signed
Acceptance criteria
• Minimum three qualified candidates per role delivered within the first two weeks of kickoff
• Weekly pipeline report outlining outreach metrics, candidate status, and next-step actions
• Time-to-hire maintained under 45 days for each open requisition
