I’m looking for someone who can step straight into my current pen-and-paper setup, enter all outstanding invoices, and then keep the books humming inside QuickBooks. The immediate priorities are:
Process every incoming and outgoing invoice.
Post weekly entries so I always know where cash stands.
Close out the first full month in QuickBooks with balanced ledgers and a clear reconciliation report.
You’ll start by transferring the existing handwritten records into QuickBooks, establishing the chart of accounts, and making sure opening balances match the paper trail. From there, I need consistent weekly updates and a clean month-end package that I can hand to my accountant.
