Location: Remote
I need a dedicated mobile app that puts cooking tutorials front and centre. The core of the build is an intuitive, visually engaging interface where users can browse, watch and save tutorials—whether they’re learning knife skills or mastering full dishes.
Requirements:
• Native-quality performance on both iOS and Android (React Native or Flutter are fine; I’m open to another modern framework if it delivers the same fluid experience).
• A searchable tutorial library organised by cuisine, skill level and prep time.
• Smooth video playback with the option for future expansion into text or live-session formats.
• Favourites and progress tracking so users can pick up where they left off.
• Push notifications for new lessons or seasonal recipe drops.
• Simple, secure user sign-up (email, Apple, Google).
• A lightweight admin dashboard where I can upload tutorials, tag them and see basic engagement stats.
• A fully tested, store-ready mobile application plus source code and brief hand-over documentation outlining the build, dependencies and deployment steps.

4. Admin panel successfully adds, edits and removes tutorials without touching code.
Once these points are met, we can explore additional features like meal planning and recipe text files, but the first milestone is a polished cooking-tutorial experience.
