Floor Plan (existing + proposed)
Elevations
Wall Sections / Details (showing insulation, windows, roof tie-in)
Foundation details showing existing brick piers
Requirements:Must be drawn to proper architectural scales (e.g. 1/4" = 1'-0" for building plans)
Clear existing vs. proposed lines
Professional quality suitable for City of Greensboro submission
Experience with North Carolina residential permits is a big plus
