Traditional G+3 Masjid Design

Summary

Freelancer Client is hiring: Traditional G+3 Masjid Design.

Location: Remote

I need a full architectural package for a ground-plus-three-storey masjid to be built on a 50 ft × 70 ft plot. The exterior should follow a distinctly traditional aesthetic, with familiar arch profiles and ornamentation that immediately signals “classic” rather than “modern.” Inside, every level has to serve worshippers efficiently: spacious prayer halls, clear circulation routes, wudhu areas, an Imam’s office, a women’s gallery on an upper floor, and a roof terrace that can handle overflow during peak times.

Dimensioned floor plans, elevations and sections in DWG + PDF

Structural layout showing column grid, foundation, and slab details (I can share a soil report)

MEP placeholders for plumbing runs to the wudhu blocks and HVAC shafts

Two or three exterior 3-D renders that capture the traditional façade treatment

Skills: CAD/CAM, Building Architecture, Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, AutoCAD, Interior Design, Building Design, Architecture

Budget: $1500–$12500 USD

Original

I need a full architectural package for a ground-plus-three-storey masjid to be built on a 50 ft × 70 ft plot. The exterior should follow a distinctly traditional aesthetic, with familiar arch profiles and ornamentation that immediately signals “classic” rather than “modern.” Inside, every level has to serve worshippers efficiently: spacious prayer halls, clear circulation routes, wudhu areas, an Imam’s office, a women’s gallery on an upper floor, and a roof terrace that can handle overflow during peak times.

Here is what I’d like to receive:
• Dimensioned floor plans, elevations and sections in DWG + PDF
• Structural layout showing column grid, foundation, and slab details (I can share a soil report)
• MEP placeholders for plumbing runs to the wudhu blocks and HVAC shafts
• Two or three exterior 3-D renders that capture the traditional façade treatment
• A brief report explaining material choices and any dome or minaret options you think will complement the style

All drawings must be to scale and ready for local submission; metric or imperial layers are fine as long as the units stay consistent throughout the set. If you have ideas on the number or placement of minarets, feel free to propose them with clear structural tie-ins.

I’m happy to respond quickly to questions and can supply site photos, setback rules, and utility points as soon as we start.
