This is a 100% commission-only partnership structured as an aggressive revenue-share on every closed deal.

Scope of work

Prospecting: Independently identify, map, and qualify C-level decision-makers, Fleet Directors, and Compliance Managers inside UK shipping companies.

Outreach & Pitching: Conduct professional outbound outreach via your own channels (LinkedIn, email, phone). Present our high-ticket compliance audit and monthly retainer packages persuasively.

Closing: Manage the entire sales cycle—handling follow-ups, overcoming objections, and navigating corporate negotiations until the contract is fully executed.

Tools & channels

You have complete operational freedom to use LinkedIn Sales Navigator, industry databases, cold calling, email sequencing, or your own established maritime network—whatever reliably gets you into the boardrooms of senior operations, HSQE, or compliance leaders. Note: All outreach must be conducted through your own professional accounts; access to internal company profiles will not be provided.

Acceptance criteria

End-to-End Execution: You manage the sales pipeline independently. I step in only to deliver the final technical services once the contract is signed.

Pipeline Transparency: Maintain a brief weekly status summary covering pipeline stages, booked calls, and active negotiations so we stay aligned.
The Target: Secure signed service agreements for our high-ticket regulatory compliance packages.

Payment & Compensation Structure (Strictly Commission-Only)

This assignment is for a premium, independent closer who wants uncapped income potential. There is no base salary and no upfront milestone pay. Instead, you are rewarded heavily on execution:
Initial Compliance Audit (Foot-in-the-door offer): You receive a massive 50% split of the contract value immediately upon the client's invoice clearing.

Ongoing Monthly Compliance Retainer:

You receive 50% of the very first month's retainer as a closing bonus, followed by a 15% monthly residual commission for the remainder of the first year of the contract.
An NDA must be signed before proprietary marketing collateral and technical frameworks are shared. If you have a demonstrable track record of selling high-ticket B2B services, an aggressive hunter mentality, or an existing network of contacts in the commercial shipping sector, this is an opportunity to monetize a highly urgent, high-demand offer with zero caps on your earnings.
