Freelancer Client is hiring: Civic Center Rendering Set.
Location: Remote
I have a public-building studio project—a combined civic centre and market—and I need clear graphic material ready for jury day. Specifically, I’m looking for three presentation pieces:
A clean, well-composed plan that communicates programme and circulation at 1:200 (or similar)
A section that reveals spatial relationships and light strategy
An exploded axonometric illustrating structural layers, envelope and key systems
Files should be delivered as high-resolution PDFs plus editable source files (DWG, RVT, SKP or similar). Line weights, hatching and annotation must follow standard architectural drawing conventions so I can integrate them seamlessly into my existing layout boards.
