Location: Remote

I’m expanding our remote team at Empire Building Management Inc. and need a virtual assistant who can keep our leasing operations running smoothly in both English and French. Your day will start at 8 AM and wrap up at 5 PM Montréal time, Monday through Friday, and you’ll partner with me for the long haul (40 hours a week, ongoing).

Here’s what the role looks like in practice: you’ll draft and send residential leases in flawless English and French, work each file through the entire leasing cycle, keep every tenant record up to date inside Buildium, and track service requests until the work is signed off. Because many of our properties are under renovation, you’ll also be lining up contractors, scheduling their visits, and making sure they show up on time.

To thrive here you must be fully bilingual, detail-driven, and confident managing tasks without hand-holding. Advanced Buildium knowledge is ideal—if you already know your way around that platform the learning curve will be short. Prior admin or property-management experience will definitely make you more effective from day one.

This is a remote, full-time position paid hourly in CAD, and I’m looking for someone who sees this as a stable, long-term opportunity. If organizing information, juggling calendars, and delivering a first-class tenant experience sound like your strengths, I’d love to hear from you.
