• The prepared application in its current form, including specimens and class details
• All supporting documents and prior searches
What I expect back:
• A short review memo flagging any issues you find
• The finalized, submitted TEAS filing with confirmation receipt
• Ongoing status updates and a prompt first response to any USPTO office actions
-I'd like my contact details on the application
While this contract is strictly for U.S. registration, I may look at extending protection to Germany later, so experience with DPMA or EUIPO procedures would be welcome but not required.
Please outline your relevant USPTO credentials, typical turnaround time from receipt of my draft to filing, and any post-filing support you include in your fee.

Hi
I am looking for someone who is able to file a trademark on our behalf first in Germany then in USA then in the rest of Europe / Canada / Asia and Australia… We already have the trademark application written up (also the search for similar trademarks globally has already been conducted/checked/verified so we do not need this service).
At this stage, we simply just need:
-1st- application IN GERMANY (we have already have the wording) I am not a German citizen.
-2nd-the application IN USA (we have already created the wording) I am not a USA citizen.
We wouldn’t ideally like any of the terminology changing (aside from minor tweaks) as it would require extensive knowledge of entertainment class41 trademarks - we are happy with the terminology already used. From your webpage I see you’re not a specialist entertainment trademark attorney, which is fine as we already have the application terminology ironed out… We just need someone to do the submission.
As we have most of the details already ironed out would it be best to hire you on an hourly basis or just for the submissions?
Could I enquire about…
(1) the cost for you to help with the German counterpart aspect of the German application in the first instance (already written up) - Our research shows that even if as a German citizen, to file a German trademark, you’d need to be a German domicile /or/ principal place of business /or/ establishment in Germany, so as a foreign applicant a domestic German representative is required.https://www.dpma.de/english/trade_marks/application/tips/index.html . Our understanding that the application fee for electronic filing (including class fee for up to three classes) is 290 Euros. So we need the cost for you to be the German representative. Could you confirm if you are able to act as a German representative and if not who would be?

(2) the cost for you to help with the USA application (already written up) - we see once the German application is approved, under Section 44(d), within 6 months of the U.S. application for the same mark and the same goods and/or services there will be “foreign priority basis” as I am requesting a “priority” filing date for your U.S. application.
