Custom ASA Dashcam Mirror Bracket
Краткое
Freelancer Client is hiring: Custom ASA Dashcam Mirror Bracket.
Location: Remote
I need a small, neat bracket designed and 3-D printed so I can mount a compact interior dash camera to the rear-view mirror housing of my 2025 GMC Canyon. The bracket will sit flush against the mirror shell and bond with 3M double-sided tape (VHB), so the mating face must follow the mirror’s subtle curves while offering enough surface area for a solid hold.
Material: Please use black ASA. I picked ASA for its higher heat and UV resistance compared with PLA, ABS, or PETG; the truck often bakes in the sun and I don’t want any warping.
Look & feel: A matte finish is important so the part blends with the factory interior plastics. I’m prioritising aesthetic integration—no bulky edges or obvious “add-on” vibe. Ideally the camera and its cable almost disappear at a glance.
A dimensioned 3D model (STEP or STL) ready for printing
One physical print in ASA, cleaned up and ready to tape on
Skills: CAD/CAM, 3D Rendering, AutoCAD, Product Design, 3D Modelling, 3D Design, 3D Printing, Blender
Budget: $10–$30 USD

What you’ll deliver
• A dimensioned 3D model (STEP or STL) ready for printing
• One physical print in ASA, cleaned up and ready to tape on
• Any minor iterations needed after a quick test-fit photo I provide
I’ll supply exact camera dimensions and reference photos of the mirror housing as soon as we start. If you have suggestions on discreet cable routing or additional stability features, feel free to incorporate them—the cleaner the install, the better.
