I need a specialist who already works with EPS foam machining to help me take a single 3D sculpture (I’ll supply the STL file) all the way to Mach3-ready G-code. The sculpture’s details are fairly simple—think basic outlines rather than fine engraving—but I still want clean, chatter-free cuts.
What you'll do:
• Create both roughing and finishing toolpaths in Vectric Aspire, setting step-downs, feeds, and spindle speeds that suit foam. No auto-wizard shortcuts—I want them laid out manually for maximum control.

Here’s exactly what I’m looking for:
• Split the sculpture so it fits my stock size of 200 × 1200 × 2400 mm.
• Nest every section efficiently within standard EPS sheets.
• Create both roughing and finishing toolpaths in Vectric Aspire, setting step-downs, feeds, and spindle speeds that suit foam. No auto-wizard shortcuts—I want them laid out manually for maximum control.
• Generate tidy, error-free G-code compatible with Mach3 and label each file logically.
• Package the Aspire project, G-code, and any setup notes/screenshots so I can drop them straight onto the machine.
Please respond only if you have hands-on experience with:
– EPS or similar foam machining
– Manual toolpath creation in Aspire
– Mach3 workflow on CNC routers
